Let us help you plan your fantastic day with Fish Wranglers.

Q. Where is the boat and how do we get there?

A. The boat is located at Berth 22, Z Pier, 31 Westhaven Drive, Saint Marys Bay, Auckland. Please refer to the CONTACT page to see the map for the exact location.

Q. We have an event booked, when should be at the wharf?

A. The boat will be ready for loading 15 minutes prior to departure. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure you don't 'miss the boat'. For the benefit of all our guests, the individual charters always run to schedule. Should you miss the boats departure, unfortunately we can not refund the cost of your charter.

Q. Is there car parking available and do I need to pay for this?

A. Parking is available at Z Pier, Westhaven Marina, Auckland. Car parking is pay and display. Parking costs are $8.00 for 4 hours, $12.00 for 6 hours, $18 for 8 hours and $20.00 for up to 24 hours. We recommend paying a little bit more, so if you are on a 4 hour Twilight, pay for 6 hours, just to be on the safe side and likewise for day charters. You must park in the marked YELLOW spaces. Ensure the ticket on your dashboard is clearly visible as tow trucks operate in this area.

Q. Do you pick up from anywhere else?

A. We only pick up from other destinations if 'Majuro' has been reserved for an exclusive group full day or overnight booking and this pick up is arranged for, in advance. There may be an additional cost for this, depending where pick up is. You must have access to a wharf that is accessible at all tides, has a 3 metre depth, can fit 'Majuro' and is permissible for 'Majuro' to berth. There is an additional charge for this, which needs to be paid for at the time of your booking.

Q. Do you bait up for us and fillet our fish?

A. We would be happy to do this, however unfortunately it is not possible with up to 25 people on the boat at one time, so our policy is not to promise this. There is a large filleting board available for your use and the staff will be happily to guide you on how to do this. We can recommend places that can fillet your fish for a nominal fee nearby, depending on what time you return.
